Ingredients (Oregano Bread):
- 50 g yeast
- 3 dl milk
- 100 g butter
- 500 g flour
- 100 g grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
Approach (Oregano Bread):
Crumble the yeast and stir it out with fingerlun milk, wherein butter is melted.
Sift flour and grated parmesan and half of the crushed oregano in liquid yeast little by little.
Knead the dough smooth and supple and let the draw warm and covered up to double size.
Knead it back together and share it in 20 pieces, which rolled to the buns. Put14 buns in two rows in a greased oblong shape and brush with butter. Put the last buns in “Groove” between the bottom two rows. Brush again and sprinkle with the rest of the oregano.
Let the bread after raising in about 30 minutes. and bake it in the oven at 190 ºC in about 40 minutes.
